Who we are

With part of an interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree in kinesiology & a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, this former college athlete turned coach turned marathoner knows that fitness isn’t just about working out, it’s about building strength for all that life brings us.

I created Summit Fitness & Nutrition to help others achieve sustainable, long-term health through functional movement, endurance training, and balanced nutrition. Whether you’re chasing a new PR, striving for peak performance, or just looking to move and feel better in your day-to-day, I’m here to help you climb higher. I know what it’s like to battle back from an injury and to be consistently sick & low energy, AND I’ve seen how movement and dietary changes can change everything.
